• The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age.
• Accepted ID proofs include Passport, Aadhaar, Driving Licence, and other Government-issued IDs.
• Pets are not allowed on the premises.
• Outside food is not permitted.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property.

Guest Profile

• Unmarried couples are allowed.
• The primary guest must be 18 years or older.
• Guest Profile (Hourly Stay): Unmarried couples are permitted to stay in hourly stay rooms.

ID Proof Policy

• Accepted IDs include Passport, Aadhaar, Driving Licence, and Government-issued IDs.
• Local IDs are accepted.

Smoking & Alcohol Policy

• Alcohol consumption is allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises.

Property Accessibility

• The property is wheelchair accessible.
• Guests are requested to carry their own wheelchairs.

Pet Policy

• Pets are not allowed.
• There are no pets residing on the property.

Other Rules

• Private parties or events are not permitted.
• Only fully vaccinated guests are allowed to check in. Guests must carry their second-dose vaccination certificate.
• Foreign nationals are not allowed.

Infant Policy

• One infant (0–2 years) per room is allowed without counting towards room capacity.

Child & Extra Bed Policy

• No extra bed will be provided for children included in the booking.
• An extra mattress can be provided for additional guests at INR 750 per guest, payable at the property.
