91Hotels is a novel concept delivering “Star” category hotel services in Budget boutique hotels segment along with the warmth of our friendly staff. Started in 2017, this is a new hotel chain, crafted with a concept of filling in for missing services and hygiene standards in the Budget hotels.

The hotels have limited number of rooms, with a purpose of creating bespoke guest experiences to make them ‘#FeelAtHome’ every time. The ever enthusiast team of 91Hotels looks for opportunities to serve you better in every interaction.

Our hotels offer Clean, Spacious & COVID Safe environment, for your comfort and safety with expansive working space and High-Speed Wi-Fi Internet connectivity. Ample lighting & well-appointed rooms meet the requirement of both Business as well as leisure travellers.

Each hotel individually has varied F&B options as well as Conference facilities including Meeting Rooms, Banquets & Quick Service Restaurants. Our In-Room Dining caters to the dining needs in a Safe and Hygienic Environment. All our kitchens are FSSAI certified maintaining the highest cleanliness and hygiene standards.

We also diversify into being “Value Partners” for hotels and restaurants supporting them with complete Hotel Management, Commercial Management, Talent and Culture Development to other specialized services.

91Hotels ‘Professional Skills Development’ is a Learning and Development Vertical of AHN Hotels & Management Consulting Pvt. Ltd. We are committed to the growth of professionals and companies in service sectors through our distinctive & curated learning and development solutions.

Amit Pathak
Co- Founder & Director

Professionally qualified hotelier with close to 2 decades of expertise in Revenue Management and Sales & Marketing and Operations. He have been exposed to in-depth Commercial Operations of hotel covering all three aspects of Revenue Management, Online and Direct Marketing along with Direct Sales and Operations. In his career he has been privileged to work with Hilton Worldwide, Intercontinental Hotels Group and Carlson where he gained expertise in these verticals at Senior Management positions which further got sharpened with his contribution and association with 03 successful openings in Delhi-NCR, India.

He has successfully managed Cluster Revenue Set up involving 513 keys in IHG across 2 hotels and 498 keys with Hilton across 03 hotels. Do also have in depth understanding of hotel operations both from Guest and Back End per se turning his profile into a comprehensive hotel professional.

Harmeet S Arora
Co- Founder & Director

Harmeet is a seasoned Service Industry professional and a Hotelier who has handled assignments in diverse sectors of hospitality with over 20 years of professional experience. He is a BSc Graduate in Hotel Management and MBA in Marketing & HR. He has served 5 Star luxury Hotels such as Amarvilas, Agra; Luxury Collection ITC Maurya, Delhi & TAJ Mansingh, Delhi as Deputy Room Division Manager. He has to his credit the biggest corporate assignment in Hospitality industry with GMR Group- Delhi Airport as Head Operational & Service Excellence where he had established set the best in class service standards. He has established a complete setup of a Service & Hospitality Academy providing regular training on soft and behavioural topics to over 30,000 employees across airport.

He has over the years made his place in the hospitality industry by working as a consultant in various service sectors such as Hotels, Airports, Insurance, Real Estate, FMCG etc. He has lead several Instructor lead & Experiential Activity based training and workshops to improve customer service, leadership and presentation skills at various corporates.

Harmeet is currently utilizing his cross industry experience in strategizing and managing Operations at “91 Hotels” as ‘Director Operations’. With excellent interpersonal skills and confidence building abilities to provide world class services, helps him in providing a Superior Customer experience at every Moment of truth, resulting in getting repeat customers, generating better revenues and see better top lines.

Nishat Dewan
Co- Founder & Director

Nishat Dewan, is a passionate traveler and has been in the hospitality industry for close to 2 decades. He started his career with the Carlson Group of Hotels and looked after managing the operations of the Reservations and Revenue of Radisson Hotel Mahipalpur. His rich experience of the industry makes him a reliable and renowned personality among his peer group.

With more than 15 years of experience he has worked with the most reputed and well-known Hotel Chains of the industry including IHG, Carlson and some of the standalone Hotels like The Suryaa New Delhi and The Grand New Delhi.

He has handled roles in Revenue Management and over all hotel operations. The diverse roles had made him well-versed with the needs and requirements of customers visiting a Hotel. And now after being in the industry for so long, with Hotel 91, his aim is to provide the best possible experience and service in the hospitality industry.
